Scott founded Hadley Holdings after two decades building technology platforms for real estate professionals at leading brokerages including RE/MAX, Sotheby's, Keller Williams, and Compass.


This experience revealed a structural advantage: operators using proprietary technology systems consistently outperformed those licensing commodity software. Hadley was built to capture this opportunity systematically—engineering machine learning platforms in-house and operating portfolio companies that deploy them.

Sandeep leads engineering and AI platform development at Hadley Holdings, overseeing the machine learning infrastructure deployed across our portfolio companies.

With 8 years architecting predictive analytics and real-time data processing systems, he built Hadley's core technology stack from the ground up—predictive seller models, intent-based matching algorithms, and automated marketing infrastructure now processing 500K+ property data points and generating 10K+ predictions monthly across initial markets.
